AuraVita Dental Clinic ("AuraVita", "we", "us") operates this website and provides dental treatment and dental tourism services in Tirana, Albania. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at info@auravitaclinic.al or +355 69 60 62 711.

When you submit our contact or consultation form, we collect the personal data you provide:

• identity and contact details — your name, email address and phone number;
• the treatment you are interested in and any message or details you send us;
• optional dental images, x-rays or documents you choose to upload (JPG, PNG or PDF).

Health data. Dental images and x-rays are special category data under Article 9 of the GDPR. We process them only with your explicit consent, solely to assess your case and prepare a treatment estimate.

We also automatically collect limited technical data, such as your IP address and basic browser and device information, together with data set by the cookies and tools described below.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a personalised treatment plan or quote — based on your consent and on taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR); for health data, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
• To operate and secure the website, including spam and abuse prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile — based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• For marketing and measurement, including advertising and conversion tracking — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and, where you consent, to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising. These include:

• Google Ads (gtag.js) — advertising and conversion measurement (Google LLC);
• Meta Pixel — advertising and conversion measurement (Meta Platforms, Inc.);
• Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly tool that protects our forms from spam and abuse.

You can manage or refuse non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them will not affect your ability to contact us.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary:

• with members of our team, who are notified of new enquiries (including via Telegram messaging) so we can respond to you;
• with trusted service providers acting on our behalf, such as our web hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and content delivery), Google and Meta (advertising and analytics);
• with partner clinics, hotels and transfer providers where this is necessary to arrange the dental tourism services you request;
• where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Some of our providers (such as Google, Meta and Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. AuraVita is based in Albania; by contacting us you understand that your data will be processed there to provide the services you request.

We keep the information you send us for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you request and to comply with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete it. You may ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see your rights below).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to our processing;
• request portability of the data you provided;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
• lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel, and form submissions are protected against automated abuse.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with its "last updated" date.
